Diego Munoz followed his gastronomical passions from his hometown of Lima, Peru around the world to the Edition Hotel in Bodrum, Turkey.  Having cooked since childhood, Diego believes that food is the closest thing humanity has to a common language. As he says “The table is so important. It’s a common scene that unites people all over the world. Everyone is the same at the table, you know?”
